The hotel is well situated to restaurants and shops with easy access to public transport. The breakfast is varied with plenty of options to choose from. The rooms are clean and comfortable with great air conditioning.
The location of the hotel is not ideal for those wanting to explore the more famous tourist sites, making it necessary to take a taxi or hop on hop off bus. The noise level outside the hotel can be high at times, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Rome and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location was fantastic, with easy access to Italian conferences and well-known tourist sites. The hotel staff provided top-notch service and were always friendly and helpful. The amenities were impressive, from the comfortable beds and spotless bathroom to the delicious breakfast buffet. I also appreciated the convenience of having access to services like room service, car hire, and tours/ticket assistance. my stay at this hotel was a truly enjoyable experience.
I would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

1. The Room smelled of Cigerettes, 2. No Free internet, 3. Buffet breakfast was conservative and basic items like an omelette were not available - had to be ordered a-la-carte,

The hotel is situated in an upscale residential neighborhood and is ideal if you're attending an Italian conference. Taxis to the Colosseum and other tourist sites are available but it is an expensive ride both ways. the staff is friendly and helpful, with several languages spoken. Breakfast is decent with a continental selection. the lobby is impressive, with good security and staff who are accommodating with tour bookings.
There are serious issues with the rooms like broken laminates, malfunctioning appliances, and running toilets.

Some of the staff were exceptionally helpful.
We have stayed at this hotel some 2 years ago, and noticed a big difference, especially upon arrival, I was with arm in brace, and noone opened the door, or attempted to help me with my luggage, and once told our room number no-one escorted us with the luggage to our room. The foyer looked decidedly empty of statues which used to be there. I learned during my stay that management had recently changed hands, and staff were feeling insecure. Also the guests being targetted seemed to be more of the coach/budget 'group booking' variety, this wasn't evedent in the past. It could improve by using the roof of the entrance as an outside umbrellered outdoor setting lounge area with bar facilities, or if there was a possibility of creating a roof top garden - maybe with restaurant facilities - no doubt the view would be good, and this would also be an added attraction. I did mention this idea to the barman.
Tourists from United States of America often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
